Privacy Policy
This policy describes, in plain language, what data this website involves and how it is handled. It reflects the site as actually implemented — including the parts we don’t control.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Overview
SolutionsTeams is a static, read-only educational website. It has no user accounts, no newsletter, no contact forms, and no analytics. In short: this website does not ask you to submit any personal information, and it does not track you. The details below cover the technical data that any website visit inherently involves.
Information you provide voluntarily
None. The site offers no forms, sign-ups, or message submission of any kind. If you contact us by phone or postal mail using the details on our Contact page, that information reaches us through those channels, not through this website, and is handled in the conversation itself.
Technical server logs
Like nearly all websites, the hosting infrastructure that serves this site records standard technical logs when you request a page. These logs typically include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, your browser’s user agent, and the referring page. Hosting providers collect this data for security and operational purposes such as detecting abuse and diagnosing outages.
We do not add any logging of our own, and we do not use these logs to profile visitors. Retention periods for server logs are set by the hosting provider, not by us; consult the provider’s own policy if this matters to your assessment. We state this plainly rather than claiming the site “collects nothing,” because that claim would not be true of any hosted website.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to: no analytics, no advertising, no session tracking, no preference storage. Your browser will cache pages, images, and stylesheets for performance, as it does for every website, but caches are stored on your device and are not visible to us.
Analytics and tracking
No analytics service, advertising network, social media pixel, or session recording tool is installed on this site. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first to name the provider and describe what it collects — we will not add tracking quietly.
Third-party requests this site makes
While the site itself tracks nothing, two third-party services are involved in delivering its pages. We disclose them both because your visit is not entirely invisible to them:
- Unsplash (image delivery). Photographs on this site are delivered from Unsplash’s image CDN (images.unsplash.com). When your browser loads an image, Unsplash’s servers receive your IP address, browser user agent, and the request details, as is true of any content-delivery network. Unsplash’s own privacy policy governs that data. If you block third-party images, the site remains fully readable.
- Google Fonts (typography). The Inter typeface used across the site is loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address and user agent when the font files load, under its own privacy terms. The site falls back to system fonts if Google Fonts is blocked, with no loss of functionality.
These are the only third-party requests this site makes. We do not embed social media buttons, video players, maps, or any other third-party content.
Data retention
Because this website collects no user data, there is nothing for us to retain. The technical logs described above are retained by the hosting provider under its own policies, as is standard for all hosted websites.
Data security
The site is static HTML served over HTTPS. There are no databases, no user submissions to protect, and no server-side code processing visitor input. Search queries entered on this site are processed entirely in your own browser and are not transmitted anywhere except to this site when reflected in the search page URL.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — including several U.S. state privacy laws and, for visitors from the EU and UK, the GDPR — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Because this website holds no personal data, the practical effect for this site is limited to the third-party delivery services above, which are governed by their own policies and your browser choices.
We do not sell or share personal data, for the simplest possible reason: we don’t have any. If you have questions about this policy, you can reach us through the channels on our Contact page.
Children
This site is a professional educational resource aimed at adults in workplace roles. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, because analytics or a contact form is added — the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We do not apply policy changes retroactively to how the site operated before them.
